Wear Management for the Digital Age Project

4D Delta’s Wear Management for the Digital Age Project seeks to develop and commercialise the next generation in remote asset inspection and maintenance technology solutions. The Project will progressively develop and commercialise specific market tailored solutions with enhanced functionality to 4D Delta’s Liner Inspection System, initially released in November 2021.
Specific asset maintenance platform solutions to be launched over the coming year are:
- 4D Delta Cloud Bulk Materials Handling
- 4D Delta Cloud Refractory
- 4D Delta Cloud Mill
- 4D Delta Cloud Tank
The 4D Delta Cloud suite of technology platform solutions will combine the scalability of automated data processing with a powerful and intuitive online platform for client data access. Utilising remote asset inspection methods and advanced data analysis improved asset maintenance decision making is enabled, without the need for high-risk traditional inspection methods. Successful delivery of the Project will reduce the need for personnel to enter assets within confined spaces or at heights while providing whole of asset inspection data where 4D Delta Cloud can be utilised, delivered within, an improved workplace safety environment.
4D Delta appreciates the support of the Western Australian State Government, assisting the Project with grant funding through the Investment Attraction Fund inaugural grants. Administered by the Department of Jobs, Tourism, Science and Innovation, the Fund seeks to support economic development within the State across priority sectors including Mining Equipment Technology Services.
